MediaTek recently unveiled its flagship processor for the upcoming Android smartphones, Dimensity 9300. The company claims it to be highly equipped with the latest features and advanced AI capabilities. The tagline “all big core processor” declares that the newly launched chip has an emphasis on enhanced performance. Similarly, Qualcomm has introduced its flagship processor, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, later in the previous month. The processor is enabled to perform on-device generative AI tasks in future Android smartphones.

The chip offers LLMs with over 10 billion parameters, running at 15 tokens/second.

Camera Support:

Both processors offer support for high-resolution camera sensors and advanced camera features such as multi-frame noise reduction, AI-enhanced imaging, and 4K video recording.
