The new Razer Edge portable gaming device was unveiled at RazerCon 2022 by Razer and Verizon. This gaming software operates Android, boasts a 144Hz display, and supports 5G. It is in rivalry with items like the newly released Nintendo Switch and Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld, among others. We already knew that Verizon, Qualcomm, and Razer were working together to create a 5G gaming portable specifically for cloud gaming. And today, as part of its RazerCon 2022 event, the manufacturer of gaming peripherals formally announced the product. Looking at the thing more closely, it seems like a smartphone attached to a Razer Kishi. It is no surprise considering that the Razer Edge is a little tablet with a Razer Kishi V2 Pro controller. In addition to a 3.5mm audio port, the controller reportedly features "advanced-haptic feedback," which is advantageous given that both the original Kishi and the Kishi V2 lack a headphone jack.
