Oppo reveals OHealth H1, MariSilicon Y, and Air Glass 2 at Inno Day 2022

In keeping with tradition, this year's Oppo Inno Day presentation revealed several fascinating technological ideas and gadgets the company is developing.

The Chinese company has unveiled three new items, one of which is a follow-up to an idea for augmented reality spectacles that was first presented in 2021.

The first Oppo Air Glass was little more than an accessory, but the brand-new Oppo Air Glass 2 is a fully functional pair of glasses in its own way. The company's unique "resin SRG-diffractive waveguide lens" serves as the heads-up display, and the glasses weigh just 38g each.

One may receive calls, get directions, and have their language instantly translated all with the help of these spectacles. They may be worn all the time to support the vision and even have the capability of turning spoken words into text for those with hearing problems.

There is currently no information on price or availability for the Air Glass 2 product.

During the presentation that Oppo was delivering, the firm also revealed MariSilicon Y, which is the company's second in-house chipset.

The MariSilicon X, the company's image processor, paved the way for the development of this chip, which processes audio for Bluetooth devices. Oppo claims that its devices are capable of transmitting lossless audio via Bluetooth at sampling rates of up to 24 bits and 192 kHz. The company asserts that this is achievable due to the chip's increased bandwidth in comparison to that of ordinary Bluetooth modules.

The company has also introduced the OHealth H1 health monitor, which is a round monitoring device that can be used for a variety of purposes. It has sensors that can monitor a range of vital indicators, including oxygen saturation, ECG, heart rate, body temperature, a person's sleep patterns, and even auscultation of the heart and lungs.
