A China-based company Xiaomi, endeavors to launch a range of devices for its widespread consumers. The company has a series that is considered gamers-specific, known as POCO X series. The series focuses on providing a great experience to consumers through updated specifications and up-to-the-mark performance.

The POCO X3 Pro is a splendid example of a fast processor with 860 Snapdragon chipset at an inexpensive price bracket. Afterward, the POCO X4 Pro 5G came with a degraded chipset of Snapdragon 695 that made the buyers discouraged to choose the model. Thankfully, Poco seems to be confronting and overcoming these inadequacies in the forthcoming X-series.

The rumor mill has been churning out shortly for the upcoming release of the affordable smartphone, Poco X5 5G. Recent reports have indicated that the model appears on both the BIS and FCC certification websites. The device got some more certifications about a month ago. There wasn’t much prior revealed information, but these listings unveiled quite a few specifications for tech geeks around the globe.

The revealed info also includes that this model will arrive with a battery capacity of 4900mAh and would be advertised as a 5000mAh battery. We hope this will support fast charging with wireless charging to boost battery backup.

The smartphone is likely to be powered by Android 13. Moreover, the device would have dual-band Wi-Fi and 5G with support for n5, n7, n38, n41, n77, and n78-5G bands. Poco X 5G is likely to arrive with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 6.67-inch display panel of IPS LCD with a pixel density of 395PPI. The LCD screen is used to balance the price and to set it at affordable prices. Prevailing rumors are swirling that it would be powered by an octa-core CPU, Snapdragon 778+, and an upgraded version of its predecessor model. The chipset performance is widely acclaimed for its fast-processing performance, which is specifically most significant for gamers.

Since it’s a mid-range smartphone, the expected price of the smartphone is $350 to $400 US dollars. As of yet, no official date has been shared by the company. But the mid-range smartphone is anticipated to arrive soon, most probably by the end of December. Tech geeks and leaked sources are uncertain about the international release of Poco X5 5G, but the device would launch soon in the global market after the release in its hometown.
